Gift Card
The moment your friend starts receiving support with us as an active* Support at Home client, we will send out your $250 gift card.
After 3 months:
$250
Complete 90 consecutive days as an active client and we send you your first $250 at the start of the following calendar quarter.
After 6 months:
$250
180 consecutive days with us as an active client and your second $250 follows at the start of the next quarter.
*Active: New client is receiving care services for one quarter under the Support at Home program with PlanCare.
