Starting your Support at Home journey is a big step. At PlanCare, you choose who delivers your care, when they come, and what they help with. Your government funding is visible, your fees are low, and your independence is always the priority.
And right now, when you join us as a new Support at Home client, we invest in your care even further so you can stay independent at home.
How it works
Become an active PlanCare client between now and 30 September 2026.
First 90 days:
$250
Complete 90 consecutive days as an active client and we send you your first $250 at the start of the following calendar quarter.
After 6 months:
$250
180 consecutive days with us as an active client and your second $250 follows at the start of the next quarter.
After 9 months:
$250
270 consecutive days with us and your final $250 arrives!
*Active: New client is receiving care services for one quarter under the Support at Home program with PlanCare.
