We are here to help.
The offer is for new PlanCare Self-Managed Support at Home clients, including those supported by a ONEteam partner, who sign a service agreement between 2 November 2026 and 31 January 2027. It does not apply to Full-Management or NDIS services. Each person can receive the offer once.
Even when you self-manage, PlanCare takes care of the administration and checks that support your care. This includes:
The fee is calculated as a percentage of what your care worker or care business charges and is included in the total service price.
They start on the service start date in your agreement. Your pricing schedule shows your end date. For eligible clients, the offer applies automatically. There's no code or separate application.
Your Platform Management Fee returns to 9.8%, as agreed in your service agreement. We will remind you before your introductory period ends.
The offer does not change the 10% of your quarterly budget set aside for Care Management, or your care worker's or care business's own charges.
If you contribute towards a service, your contribution is calculated on the full service price. A lower price also lowers that contribution for the same service.
No. There is no lock-in and no entry or exit fee. If you leave, we won't recover savings you have already received. Your introductory period ends when your services with PlanCare end.
A temporary pause, such as a hospital stay, does not extend the 12-month introductory period. If you move to full-management, the offer ends when you move, and the prices in your updated service agreement apply.
You can read PlanCare's terms and conditions, or ask our team to send you the terms for this offer and talk you through them.
